Diagnosis

Propodeum with a complete median carina; head and mesosoma dark brown; anterior two-thirds of midlobe of mesoscutum and entire sidelobes with strong and dense reticulation, posterior one-third of midlobe smooth and shiny except a median reticulate band, scutellum with strong reticulation in anterior one-half, smooth and shiny in posterior one-half; FM/HM = 1.5; fore wing with five admarginal setae.
